Family Counselor
Dan Boyer provides behavioral and mental health counseling services at Sandcrest Family Medicine. He has been working with children, adolescents and adults, as well as couples and families, for nearly 15 years.
Dan is credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and obtains additional specialized training annually. He works with individuals, couples, and families to deal with such difficulties as stress, conflict, life adjustment issues, anger, abuse and other trauma, relationship issues, parenting concerns, drug abuse and other addictions, grief and other spiritual matters.
Dan enjoys helping people of all ages help themselves to achieve and maintain a healthier life. He believes in improving overall health (body, mind, and spirit) and incorporates that belief in his own life.
Dan is married to Diana. They are blessed with a daughter, son, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, and 4 grandchildren.
